This relaxed and informal apartment has beautiful views towards the Harbour Bridge, perfect for New Year's Eve fireworks, and is ideal for casual city breaks, visiting friends and family nearby and discovering the trendy local bars and restaurants.

If you're visiting Sydney, it seems pointless not to have a view of something special and the water and bridge views from this charming apartment are always a pleasure to soak up, especially with glass of your favourite wine on the balcony whiling away the warm afternoon hours.

The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom (please note use of the sofa bed is not included as standard and any sofa bed use requires the booking of 3+ people for the bedding for it to be provided). The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for a short or longer stay and there is plenty of room throughout to spread out and relax in the tranquil setting.

There is a coin-operated communal washing machine and dryer in the block which guests can use if they need washing facilities.

Please note this is a third floor apartment and there is no lift. The stairs are not challenging however and access is pretty easy for the able bodied without breaking a sweat.

We try to meet all guests on arrival in person so a time will be arranged in advance of your arrival which will also be confirmed in the day once you know your plans. On arrival we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.

All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and a full instruction manual so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. The manual also contains many menus from local restaurants to give you some idea of what is available nearby and also information on tourist activities available in Sydney. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

Bookings for Christmas or New Year's Eve require a minimum 7 night stay. If both are included in the stay we require a minimum 14 night stay.
