 The Opera House looks so close you feel you could touch it if you reach out the window. There is easy ferry access into the heart of the Sydney to make the most of your getaway and each morning you get a visit by the friendly Rainbow Lorikeets. 

Set in a 1920's apartment block one row back from the picturesque shoreline in Kirribilli this apartment is located in a quiet area perfect for your break in Sydney.

The apartment is full of light with the living room catching the afternoon sun. The sofa bed is brand new and very comfortable; if needing the sofa bed please remember to book as at least three guests. Standard setup is for two people in the main bed only. All bedding and towels are provided for guests. A new carpet throughout was installed in December but is not shown in the current photos.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of the block and there are four gentle flights of stairs with no lift. Fans (and heaters in the winter) are provided for guests but being on the harbour means there is a pleasant breeze to keep you cool on the hottest days if you open the windows. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom only through use of a portable air conditioner.

There is free unlimited WiFi for guest use and a large TV with all the freeview channels.

We have been advised some building will be taking place at the building next to where this apartment is located for at least six months from June/July 2017. It will not impact the view but there may be some noise during tradesman working hours Monday to Friday. If you're the kind of visitor who likes to be up, out and exploring the city you're visiting then hopefully this will not impact you much.

All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and a full instruction manual so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. The manual also contains many menus from local restaurants to give you some idea of what is available nearby and also information on tourist activities available in Sydney. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

Bookings for Christmas or New Year's Eve require a minimum 7 night stay. If both are included in the stay we require a minimum 14 night stay.
